Redefiners is a non-profit organization redefining the way people learn a second language.

Classes are held online or in-person allowing users to learn at their own pace. Supported languages include English, Arabic, Mandarin, and Spanish. The platform's teachers have native-like proficiency in the languages they teach and follow a learning-by-speaking approach making the overall learning process fun and engaging.

The user interface of the Redefiners LMS platform needed to be visually appealing for all learning groups be it, children or adults. The key challenge for the project was to remodel and customize an existing LMS platform called Canvas LMS.

The client provided reference to an existing LMS platform called Canvas LMS. They had dug deep into the platform to find improvement areas and listed them all in a document. What they were basically looking for was a remodel of the Canvas LMS platform along with their said customizations.

The UI of Redifiner's LMS platform was built using Figma. While designing it, we focused on presenting the information according to the learning group and user. The student dashboard's UI was built such to present information using graphic elements such as progress bar, illustrations etc. The teacher dashboard's UI was built such that they could effectively manage their classes and students, track thier progress and more.

Redifiners is truly redefining the way people learn a second language. From proficient teachers to interactive user interface, the learning experience is fun and engaging. The platform helps teachers effectively mangage thier classes, add or update curriculim, add assignments and track student progress while students find the platform and learning very engaging and interactive.
