Real estate investment platform powered by the Binance Smart Chain

It works on the principle of asset tokenization i.e. each property has its assets tokens which can be bought or sold directly on the chain. By owning the asset tokens, an investor becomes a legal property shareholder. Net cash flows from the assets are split amongst the asset holders with monthly payments. Traditionally, the real estate industry has had a high barrier of entry and was not attainable for most of the population. Landshare is here to change that by allowing investors to get started with as little as 50 USD.

The key focus during the project was to create a web and app design that resonated with the real estate industry. We were provided a few branding assets by the client that were a great help during the process.

We were in touch with Jordan Frisky, the founder of Landshare LLC for discussing the project. We tried to gain an understanding of the objective behind creating such a platform and set out expectations. The team had a few branding assets ready which were helpful in identifying their likes and dislikes. We got started with creating sitemaps and wireframes for the pages and website flow and after getting client approval, we got started with UI/UX Design.

UI/UX Design work was started once we had the sitemaps and wireframes approved by the client. The existing website was built using HTML and CSS but we choose to use WordPress with custom design and UX due to its flexibility and client requirements. The Landshare App was built with React JS, Solidity, and Bootstrap 5.

Landshare platform needed to be fast, secure & scalable with the capacity to onboard thousands of users in the coming years. We put our best foot forward and utilized Functionality, Usability, Interface, Database, Compatibility & Performance Testing for the App.

Landshare is now a hassle-free real-estate investment solution operating on the Binance Smart Chain. With the minimum investment amount being as little as USD 50, it is accessible by most of the population who could not simply invest in traditional real estate due to the high barrier of entry. We continue to partner with them as their dev team, building new features and user experiences.
